CENTRIFUGAL CASTING PROCESS
Centrifugal Casting Process, sometimes referred to as Rotocasting, made by pouring liquid Bronze from ladle into horizontal spinning die, a rotating mold. Rotation of the mold causes the centrifugal force that will push and compress the liquid into the mold wall for some time until the liquid freezes. Centrifugal Casting process excellence is a dense grain structure, smooth, and high tensile strength and tenacity.
CONTINUOUS CASTING PROCESS
Continuous Casting method is done by pouring liquid Bronze from a furnace into necked crucible ( Holding furnace ) which has a graphite mold. Fluids will be frozen and pulled out by a roller continuously. The strength of Continuous casting process in the increased of physical and mechanical properties compared to the sand casting process. In addition, the products will not only be free of inclusion defects and the size will be precised, but also create various kinds of forms both solid or hollow standard.
SAND CASTING PROCESS
Sand Casting, is the most common casting process that widely used, the process is carried out by filling the liquid Bronze into the ladle and then poured it into sand mold which is formed according to the pattern of the product. After the Bronze is cold, the mold will be dismantled and the product will be removed. The strength of sand casting process the possibility to make range of component from small to small to large, both simple and and complicated shape.
